You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided your total credit usage has not exceeded 1000 credits during that period. Please note: all approved refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee, which covers transaction and processing costs. The remaining 90% of your payment will be returned to your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
